Rhonda Sobie, MA, GCFP is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Biofeedback Technician. She is a graduate of Seattle-Eastside Feldenkrais® Training II.
Rhonda teaches Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® classes at Alliant on a weekly basis. She also offers one-on-one sessions. Rhonda personally attests to the Feldenkrais Method®’s impact on her life. It has helped her regain comfortable movement after years on a computer; contributed to increased creativity, mental flexibility and relaxation in daily life; and improved her athleticism.
Additionally, Rhonda has trained in clinical biofeedback / physiological monitoring applications for stress management, breathing retraining, heart-rate variability, and muscular tension through

www.aapb.org and through private consultation with the Behavioral Medicine Research and Training Foundation. Rhonda is a technical consultant for biofeedback and functions under the supervision of Timothy Sobie, licensed Physical Therapist and Psychophysiology doctoral student.
Rhonda graduated with honors with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma and a Masters degree in Spirituality from Seattle University. Rhonda worked for several years in management in the high-tech industry, followed by an education directorship in the non-profit field, before discovering Feldenkrais and clinical biofeedback. She enjoys hiking, skiing, reading and travel.
Rhonda finds meaning in helping people discover their potential, be it in physical movement, stress reduction, or personal development and self-care. “It is rewarding to see people return to their true selves, via the Feldenkrais Method, in a way that is easy, graceful, and fun.”
